How can anyone, much less our government determine just what a person's thoughts were at the time the crime was committed? Why doesn't anyone attack this faulty line of reasoning at it's root? Either all crimes are hatefull or none of them are! In either case, we already have the necessary laws in place. The scientific community will lie to our youngest Americans (public schools) telling them that people are born this way. They are doing it now with their evolution agenda.
