Most of these regulations begin as ideals in private ‘think tanks’ or are birthed from ‘public discourse.’ This institution will make the Bible the center of discussion in every forum. It will strive to promote the positive effects of the Bible upon society and culture, and thus formulate those ‘necessary regulations’ that define us as a nation.
